Can you explain “Combined Shipping”?
Certainly. When you purchase two or more items either through auction or directly from our BeadLiquidators store, you get a discount on shipping rates. Each item has its own "First Item" and "Combined Shipping" rates. Depending on the country and ship method, take the highest First Item rate of items in your cart. This is your base ship rate. You then pay the Combined Shipping rate for each additional item in your shopping cart regardless of whether it is more of the same item or a different item altogether. For example, if you purchase three of the same item with a First Item rate of $1.99 and a Combined Shipping rate of $0.25, your total shipping cost is only $2.49 ($1.99 + $0.25 + $0.25).

With the great savings you get when buying multiple items, we think it may be worth your while to browse our store for additional items before checking out.

Please note that Combined Shipping is limited to purchases and winning auctions listed only under BeadLiquidators.

How long is my shopping cart open?
After purchasing your first item or winning your first auction, you have seven days to make additional purchases either through our store or through auction before checking out. This is the time to take advantage of Combined shipping rates, earning significant shipping discounts on items added to your order.

When will my order ship?
At BeadLiquidators, we strive to ship everything within one business day of confirming payment receipt or when your payment clears. We observe most major holidays, and keep in mind that the shipping carrier you have selected may not pick up or deliver on many national holidays and on weekends.

Will UPS ship to my P.O. Box?
Only the US Postal service will ship to a P.O. Box. If you select United Parcel Service (UPS) or another private carrier as your shipper but give us a P.O. Box as a ship-to destination, your order may be delayed until we are able to ascertain a street address or are able to contact you for approval to change carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada and many overseas destinations. The buyer is responsible for all associated import fees such as local taxes, customs charges and import duties, so please check with your customs office to determine these costs before making a purchase.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns without question, and will gladly refund the purchase price of any item safely returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in re-salable condition. We do not offer exchanges or credits.
